Rules:

  1. The flag shall always be displayed with the chevron at the hoist side. When hung from a wall or other surface the chevron shall be to the observer's left. If the flag must be displayed vertically the chevron shall be at the top.
  2. The flag shall be displayed at all times during official ceremonies, and may also be flown at other times.
  3. The flag shall not be displayed in a position inferior to any other flag.
  4. When the flag is in motion, it shall not be held by hand; rather, it should be fastened securely to the mast or staff from which it flies.
  5. The flag is not to be defaced or disfigured in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, adding any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature.
